453929 2006-05-10 23:50:00 Hey.
I've just made a signature to add to my messages when i send email from a set address.
I checked the two options in the setup so that both when replying and creating a new mesage the signature will be added.

Only problem, when i create a new message it doesn't appear, it only shows up when i reply to an email.

Currently i have two email addresses under outlook, and the one with the signature isn't default, so when i click new mail message, i then have to click 'accounts' and select the other email, and this is where (i think) the problem is coming from.
Anyone know whats going on, or what i can change?
Cheers

Using the latest outlook btw.

453930 2006-05-11 00:18:00 I assume your talking about Outlook 2003 - if so, in the same area that you setup your signature there is an option to "select signature accounts", you need to setup "signatures for new messages" and "Signatures for replies and forwards" on all the accounts that you want to use. gcarmich (10068)
