My friend sends me anything. I've notified him and he doesn't know how to change it. Says none of the others he sends stuff to gets two of each.Any ideas? I guess he's using OE and I'm using Outlook 2003. |

He could possibly have your mail address listed twice in his address book under different "nicknames" so that both addresses get sent emails along with all the others. Have a look at the headers of your emails to see whether this is the case. |

Or tell him the send button requires only one click, not a double-click. |

I don't know the cause or fix, but I have seen this happen regularly. |

Have a read of this and see if it helps: Duplicate e-mail messages are downloaded from a POP3 e-mail server account in Outlook 2003 (support.microsoft.com) |
