I have noticed that any emails with attachments sent via Xtra to my servers are taking anything from 10 minutes to half a day to arrive. Has anyone else been noticing delays sending attachments via Xtra? |

Viewing the email header may give you a clue as to why its taking so long, it should show the dates and times that it hits each of the servers in its route from source to destination. |

Nope, not at all. |

I've looked at some headers (still don't know why I didn't think of that before posting) and there has definitely been some delays at Xtra. However today the delay is down to a few minutes which I presume is quite normal when scanning attachments. |

It could be that xtra don't have the capacity to deal with email (spam and virus) checking during peak times. |
