454856 2006-05-14 08:57:00 I got internet explorer 7.0 beta 1 and I want to install beta 2 but I can't. It show up the message "Internet explorer 7 is already installed on this computer. Please use "Add or Remove Programs" in the control Panel to uninstall it". But when I try to uninstall beta 1, it show up another message "Internet explorer 7 beta 1 cannot be uninstalled from this user account. Please log on to the same user account from which it was installed and try again". But the user that I was used to install this software I already delete it for some reason. Please help me. :help: Thanks you. DuyNZ (10405)

454860 2006-05-14 09:29:00 I've posted the ? / prob on an ie newsgroup. I'll see if anyone replies to it. Speedy Gonzales (78)
454861 2006-05-15 02:02:00 Read This (www.mydigitallife.info) and unhide the administrator account and login with that one.

This account should have all the rights you need to remove IE

454862 2006-05-15 05:13:00 A guy from MS in an IE newsgroup gave me this link (www.ie-vista.com)

Looks like u have to change something in the registry, to fix the prob you're having.

454864 2006-05-17 01:22:00 I am sorry to ask this of you, but why would you be wanting to use IE, let alone a beta version? It seems you are opening yourself to a fair amount of risk by doing so? muzzle (10342)
