| 454504 | 2006-05-13 01:16:00 | Hi i got Microsoft Wireless keyboard and optical mouse, i followed the instruction to set it up, everything works fine until i am in windows, But keyboard doesnt function when i am at the startup wher i have to select my OS. |

I have ditched my wireless setup (thanks TradeMe) and gone back to USB because I couldn't use it during initial boot. Whenever I wanted to mess about pre Windows start I had to use a different keyboard/mouse. Damn keyboard was too big anyway! Even USB wired keyboard/mouse can refuse to function with some DOS boot discs and I have to use PS/2. Make sure you have USB mouse and keyboard enabled in BIOS, but even so you may not be able to use them under some circumstances. |
