Forgot to add that Xtra seems to delete all spam for me. If I switch it off, then I get about 6 a day. |

Select spam filter option & check that it hasn't been defaulted back to pass on spam. Select to delete spam. This is quite common - I have had to redo this for about 30-40 people recently. If that's not the case, then he needs to be more careful with his email address. |

| 455644 | 2006-05-18 10:49:00 | Thanks for replies. I have checked for the correct spam setting. They are only once a day email checkers so it's not as if they are 'flaunting it'! Seems as if XTRA is letting more through than other ISps. Perhaps they are more scared of false positives. | linw (53) | ||
