455298 2006-05-16 09:00:00 I prefer to use netscape to access my email. Slingshot is my isp and i have recently upgraded to broadband.
What settings do i need to make when setting up my netscape mail account.
Thanks in advance

455299 2006-05-16 09:23:00 From their site:

Incoming mail server: imap.slingshot.co.nz
Outgoing mail server: smtp.slingshot.co.nz

If you are ever unsure on email settings they're most likely to be pop3.server.com (for POP3), imap.server.com (for IMAP) or mail.server.com (for non ISP based POP3 and IMAP services). :)

455302 2006-05-16 14:08:00 I prefer to use netscape to access my email. A suggestion: Netscape is a bit of a hog, comparatively speaking, if you're only using it for email, because it loads the browser and Composer as well. So if you're using another browser try Thunderbird for email. It's a lot slimmer but has a similar interface and functionality. Greg (193)
