Have got a new Samsung smartphone and have tried downloading a couple of apps. Google shop tells me they have downloaded but they haven't arrived. Then I realised that Google store was listing a previous phone, a Huawei. Is that the problem? So how can I change that listing?
The Huawei is defunct and not connected to anything. I have transported the same phone number through several mobiles and that's now on the new Samsung but I made a new Google account for the new Samsung. How do I get Google store to recognise this new phone? Thanks for any advice. |
