| 1401767 | 2015-06-01 10:41:00 | I have been fighting with Thunderbird for a long time. The text size of emails I write suddenly get smaller for no reason; like this,_ It seems that this page will only display its own font and will not let me show you! It just happened 6 or more times in an email to my sister; most notably it happens when I go back to correct a typo. The problem is just too annoying to be tolerated much longer. I have tried Thunderbirds settings and Goggled the problem and tried Mozilla without luck. Does anyone know the cause of this problem? |

| 1401768 | 2015-06-02 00:16:00 | A work around might be to just type away per normal, if txt size changes just ignore it ..... then when finished typing, highlight/select all txt & change all the to font size you want . its not a fix , admittedly. Doesnt this happen more when doing a reply ? Or more when doing a new email ? |

| 1401769 | 2015-06-02 05:25:00 | No Idea, but you could just switch to webmail or a different E-mail program. Windows live mail is what I use. Plenty of free options to try out and see if you like them. You can even use Gmail to access other ISPs E-mail accounts for example. |

| 1401770 | 2015-06-02 07:39:00 | if you set Thunderbird to display messages in say Verdana font, size 24 (pixels), this does not mean that your outgoing messages will be sent in the same font and same size by default . In Settings, the font and font size settings that you choose in this way are initial settings for each message . They only apply at the start of the message . If you change the text style while you are composing your message, then the initial font and font size settings no longer apply .
