Hold down shift key and tap the prtScr key top row on keyboard.

If you have IrfanView program then edit and press paste, there is you screen shot. Then just file save the screen shot.

Much easier than Family History pj

1401918 2015-06-06 09:54:00 Its possible your hotmail is actually using imap and causing the actions. Not the pop accounts. The reason I Asked if it were pop or imap, is imap does sync all folders.

To quote a article from Microsoft: (last paragraph esp ) Explains it better than I can at the moment.

POP3 is a method of retrieving email from a mailbox. All it does is look for messages newly arrived in the mailbox and deliver them to the inbox on your computer. It has nothing to do with sending email.

If you set up an account in the mail client (in this case Windows Live Mail) to use POP3, it will use a different method - SMTP - to send mail. Some types of account, notably Gmail, will store sent messages in the Sent mail folder you see when you access the account in webmail. Most don't do this.

If your mail service supports IMAP - yet another method of receiving and sending mail - then you can select which of the account folders to synchronize between client and server, including Sent items. Outlook accounts (@hotmail, @msn, @live, @outlook etc.) configured to use HTTP automatically (and non-configurably) synchronize all folders between client and server.

Sould all the accts be better in Pop not Imap? PJ

1401922 2015-06-08 07:40:00 IMAP has the advantage of synchronization across various devices ( and its more modern) where as POP doesn't really.

The following article explains it -- The pros and cons --- email-setup-options-imap-versus-pop (fourpointsconsulting.co)

So its really up to you how you want to run your mail. Whats good for one person may not be so good for someone else :)
