456827 2006-05-22 06:52:00 Windows XP machine.
Customer was downloading a large e-mail 10min on dialup.
Next time they look into Outlook Express - no e-mails at all.
Virus scan: clean
No adware/spyware
search for the e-mails only resulted in the empty folders.

Any insights why?

456828 2006-05-22 07:48:00 It timed out? Do they have to download it? They could view it through webmail.... pctek (84)
456829 2006-05-22 08:38:00 PCTek, I have miscommunicated.
Once the e-mail had been downloaded, all the e-mails Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, Deleted Items all disapearred, gone no where to be found.
