| 456827 | 2006-05-22 06:52:00 | Windows XP machine. Customer was downloading a large e-mail 10min on dialup. Next time they look into Outlook Express - no e-mails at all. Virus scan: clean No adware/spyware search for the e-mails only resulted in the empty folders. Any insights why? |

| 456829 | 2006-05-22 08:38:00 | PCTek, I have miscommunicated. Once the e-mail had been downloaded, all the e-mails Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts, Deleted Items all disapearred, gone no where to be found. |
