| 456967 | 2006-05-22 23:13:00 | For the second time in approx 2 weeks, on booting up, my POST message stops at page 1, advising me to Press F2 to Load Default Values. This works OK and starts everything up nicely, except it dumps my time and date back to 2002. This is simply fixed, however what is the likely cause ? It has been suggested that my Bios Battery may be running out on this 5 year old gear ? Any thoughts. I have XP, amd Athlon, and everything seems to be working perfectly other than this. |

| 456968 | 2006-05-22 23:26:00 | Definitely will be the CMOS battery. Go to any electronics store and buy a CR2032 battery to replace it with. |
