| 456950 | 2006-05-22 22:28:00 | My internet speed has always been around 50 Kbps, but suddenly about 2 months ago it dropped to 31.2 or 28.8. Also my connection disconnects itself often. Anybody help me regarding this? I don't appear to have a virus and I check with Nortons daily and also Adaware. thanks black | black (4099) | ||
| 456951 | 2006-05-22 22:30:00 | If its been raining down there, rain can affect it. Ring telecom. Tell them to do a line noise check. And having more than one connection, (on the phone jack, or if someone picks the phone up, while you're on the net) wont help either. An init string may help, depending on what brand the modem is. |
