| 457966 | 2006-05-26 14:22:00 | It's more likely because you're not specifying the exact location, if you don't want to specify the location then do "su -" when you su to root, that way path information for root will be understood. You don't have to be root to get information about your network, just when altering. /sbin/ifconfig Cheers, KK |
