| 458491 | 2006-05-28 11:13:00 | Help please. I have been attempting to reduce the number of unused services in XP but have inadvertantly stopped the dialup networking ability. I have used the "search" but can not find a solution. To clarify, choosing " start" I would normally have the "connect to" available, the choose "dialup" and have my ISP. I have a second user and when I logged of and on to them, the "connect to" was there and then it removed itself.... without a reboot. Thanks in advance |

Can you please tell us in a more detail fashion on what do you mean by "the "connect to" was there and then it removed itself.... without a reboot."? Did you mean that the dial-up utility is removed and you have no idea on how to re-setup your connection? At the moment, I can't really say much unless you tell us more information. Cheers :) |
