458482 2006-05-28 09:20:00 is there like a shortcut command to it or an exe file? coz it'd be pretty sweet to just click on it then scroll through pictures randomly Jimmy D (2061)
458483 2006-05-28 09:45:00 Have you considered this option before? (Not sure if this is what you wanted)

Setup your My Pictures Screensaver to find the pictures from your desired folder, then place a shortcut icon on your desktop or whatever folder. After that, you can just execute it whenever you want. If this is not what you wanted, try checking out Picasa 2 slideshow option.

Cheers :)

458484 2006-05-28 09:45:00 I think if u put whatever pics in c:\documents and settings \ username \ my documents \ my pictures folder, it will.

And then right mouse on the desktop / screensaver, select my picture slideshow, it'll show those pics.

Is that what u mean?

Thats if u have XP.

458485 2006-05-28 23:00:00 sorry lol. i didn't explain myself very well. My pictures screen saver is set to my pictures folder and i wait for however long i've set it to for it to come one. the cool thing about the screen saver is it shows the pictures in all the sub folders as well, when you go into the my pictures folder and click slide show it only shows the pictures that are directly in the folder and not all the others. what i mean is, is there a shortcut i can make to the my pictures screen saver, so when i'm bored i can just click the shortcut and scroll through it. or maybe there's some free software that'll do this? basically search for *.scr and find ssmypics.scr and then send to desktop (create shortcut)
