458125 2006-05-27 04:54:00 Hey guys
I just find another dirty tactics from telecom today.... if you want the refunds for the disruption last time. you need to fill an application form via the net in order to get the refund at July

xtra credit page (xtra.co.nz)

Pay attention on the Terms and condition
I think it is a shocker, Telecom should automatically credit to us immediately instead of us filling the form by the expiring date stated on the Terms and Condition...

so what happen for those people who are disrupted for the internet and didn't realize there is a form to fill.. so the money staying at Telecom, thats mean the company not acting honestly, keeping the money that is not supposed to be keep....

Xtra are emailing all customers. If they don't check email, they probably weren't affected :D

458129 2006-05-27 06:00:00 I haven't received an email, and I was definitely affected and suffering! Erayd (23)
458130 2006-05-27 06:55:00 "This email is deployed by proximity iD on behalf of Xtra." perhaps they're being slowed down because of Xtra's 100 recipients max per Email rule. PaulD (232)

458132 2006-05-27 08:25:00 I did know Telecom NZ is a very cheeky company, too bad NZ need to open doors for international ISP to come here and have their own line. So telecom will fall to the ground. MTLance (6768)
458133 2006-05-27 08:32:00 Thanks for the info - and no, I didn't get snail mail. :( R.M. (561)
458134 2006-05-27 11:02:00 What do you insert in the column "Telecom Account Holder Name". Is it your full name or the name that they put on the letter? e.g. J. H. Khoo or Jennifer Hayden Khoo (the names are non-existent)? This is because J. H. Koo appears instead of the latter.

Cheers :)
