459880 2006-06-02 04:59:00 If you mean Windows crashing, then i wouldnt have that many, problems usually occur after my pc has been on for more than a month, so a restart fixes it all.

I have noticed that my pc is more stable since obtaining XP Pro.

459882 2006-06-02 05:48:00 If you mean PC problems. I don't really have much except servicing every week. I am Administrator of my home computers, my parents don't even know how to fix them, I'm not a kid any more. When I was a kid my parents always sent the computer to the PC repair shop because I deleted the system file that was the problem because you're a kid and you know nothing much about computers that time.
When I first starting to fix PC on my own the only thing I know is reformating the whole HDD when without Norton System Works that time. After purchasing Norton System Works my computer performance can last a lot longer. And now I hardly even reformat my HDD. I guess this is the years of experience. Everyone learns from mistake, no mistake no success. Am I right? Correct me if I'm wrong.

459883 2006-06-02 08:56:00 If I count suffering through posts like this then yes I have 13+ problems per day..... andrew93 (249)
459884 2006-06-02 09:13:00 ??? I don't get it. Really my Windows XP Pro OEM have been running fine for years, except few problems in the year and less than 10 problems in the year except hardware damaged. MTLance (6768)

Really??? My 15 odd years of experience working with computers has taught me to stay away from Symantec software. The only one I use is Ghost, but then Symantec didn't write that one

I'm using XP too and have no issues with the PC at all - the only issues are the ones I read on the screen.....

459889 2006-06-03 06:37:00 Well I'm not using Norton System Works anymore but still using Norton GOBack for just in case of virus attack beyond the anti-virus control. MTLance (6768)
