I have to say as a person that has fixed probably several thousand PC's, this suggestion is much like "try removing a rubber foot off the bottom of the case". Made me laugh though, I guess it may have reset your bios which can work rarely (ie someone has performed a failed overclock etc), however I would use the Cmos clear jumper first. Certainly WAY down the list of things to try. |
