| 460421 | 2006-06-04 23:36:00 | For info of anybody with Xtra receiving Rootsweb Mailing Lists messages following on http;//helpdesk.rootsweb.com 2 Mail Lists: 2006-06-04 XTRA.CO.NZ is bouncing RootsWeb mailing lists For the past couple of days we have not been able to deliver email from our mailing lists to XTRA.CO.NZ. The bounces do NOT indicate the reason beyond they are not accepting mail. Our postmaster has email'd the ISP to see if we are able to lend assistance in resolving the issue. Subscribers from XTRA are requested to speak with their ISP to see if they are able to source and resolve the problem. The issue lies with XTRA as they either chose to not receive RootsWeb email or have otherwise configured their mail servers to not receive our email. Whilst fossicking through Xtra Help also found that Xtra were unable to deliver mail to aol |
