Here are the clues: "Problem caused by file tcpip.sys PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA ... Technical info: ***STOP: 0x00000050 (0x8BS31C8D, 0x00000000, 0XAAF232BC,0X00000000) * TCPIP.SYS - Address AAF232BC base at AAF0Booo, Date stamp 43c7103c Physical memory dump complete" The laptop is a Toshiba Satellite M50 running windows XP home edition. Anti virus is Norton. Thanks for any ideas :) |

| 460218 | 2006-06-04 01:23:00 | Looks like tcpip.sys file, is the prob. It maybe corrupt. I would replace it or type sfc under start/run. And have the XP cd ready. |
