| 460042 | 2006-06-02 10:38:00 | I ripped my dvd to have a bonafide back up copy using dvd decrypter and got the .ifo and .vob files. However when I try to use autogk on it, my first trial gave only picture without audio, and my second gave obscenely out of sync audio. How can I get one file from all the files I have now to have a reasonable quality end product? thanks |

| 460043 | 2006-06-02 10:44:00 | the mods aren't allowed to let people give out information like that in their forum - NZ doesn't have a fair use clause yet, so all ripping of CDs/DVDs is illegial. Someone might be able to PM you an answer though. I can't help you - there are some good tools out there for backing up to a DVDR, but most tools I've tried for ripping to Xvid haven't worked very well. |

| 460045 | 2006-06-02 11:00:00 | I tried both DVD Decrypter and CloneDVD2, copied the files to hard drive and played them fine from there. Maybe you missed some files out? Mine included VOB, IFO and BUP. | Greg (193) | ||
