| 461171 | 2006-06-06 11:04:00 | I am trying to fix my old parents computer, most things I try to do I keep gettting this message, which appears on a blue page A fatal exception OE has ocurred at 015F:BFF9DBA7. The current application will be terminated *Press any key to terminate the current application *Press CTRL+ALT+DEL again to restart your computer. You will lose any unsaved information in all applications. Press any key to continue. So I press any key and get one of these two messages EXPLORER caused a general protection fault in module USER.EXE at 0008:000057c4 OR RUNDLL32 caused and invalid page fault in module USER.EXE at 0008:000057c1. Please can someone help, I have no idea what this means or how to fix it Thanks in advance :) :) :) |

| 461175 | 2006-06-07 08:26:00 | Thanks for your help, however I have been told that the RAM is the problem and not worth fixing, best to buy another one, was hoping I could fix it, but not this time. Thanks again | dunno (1572) | ||
