| 460897 | 2006-06-06 01:04:00 | I am helping set up a new Acer multimedia computer and the supplier has preinstalled MS Office 2003. Word and Outlook will load OK but most of the commands are greyed out and hence unusable. I have looked for a solution in the options, etc. as well as the help files but all to no avail. Any suggestions? Thank you. |

| 460900 | 2006-06-10 07:30:00 | Thank you folks for your replies. Without any input from me it came right and everything in Office 2003 appears to be functioning OK. My sister in law who owns the computer has been experimenting with some of the settings, so who knows what happened. Alls well that ends well. Thanks again. |
