| 460643 | 2006-06-05 09:45:00 | A retired couple have no video image in Windows Media Player . They can hear the audio but there is only a mauve/purple box where the video should be . We checked the audio and video settings . We downloaded Windows Media Player 10 and the security . We also installed VLC Media Player . Still get audio only in both . |

| 460647 | 2006-06-05 10:05:00 | You dont have to pay for codecs . Most are free . You just have to know where to look . Or install a program like Powerdvd or dvd x player . They usually install codecs for you . But these arent free . |

| 460649 | 2006-06-08 06:39:00 | I downloaded the Windows Media Player Codecs from Microsoft. The PC occasionally plays video (*.wmv and *.mpg) on the playlist but in a random order. | jimmyjoe (5126) | ||
