| 461122 | 2006-06-06 08:35:00 | Hello, I am using a BTC 16 x DVD Writer and have started having problems where it will no longer burn DVD's. I am using DVD Shrink. {Pse note that I am only burning my own home movies, not rentals}. If however I use a Sony External DVD Writer from work I can burn fine. I have taken my BTC Writer back to the shop to replace as it has a 2 yr warranty. I have taken a screenshot of the error message, but am unsure how to display to you. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. |
