461552 2006-06-08 06:31:00 I have been given a floppy disk with a list of 70 members of a club on it. I want to save all the names together under one heading in my address book. How do I do this, without copying each individual address, one at a time. Is there a way to do it in one lot? Pamela (6036)

What format are the contacts in on the Floppy disc? Word document? Excel?

461554 2006-06-08 06:39:00 Hi, i think you need the contacts in your address book 1st before creating your heading (distribution list ?).

Outlook/Contacts has importation wizards.

Have a look there, & the MS Help isnt to hard to follow for imports.
