1403917 2015-06-29 22:38:00 you can never have too many Bildschirm, Kartenlesers or schitnzels.
Get additional Arbeitsspeicher's :banana

Its just your basic LOW SPEC 13" laptop. Gets a good review. Dont expect it to be fast.

1403919 2015-06-30 01:35:00 The UX305 is meant to be a pretty great laptop for the price - www.techradar.com

Like any Core M, you are sacrificing some performance for thin and light.

1403920 2015-06-30 06:30:00 Its easier to inform customers on how they intend to use it. Literally computers these days can do everything people want and the specs just helps accomplish it better.

So what will she use it for?

Will she be using it while travelling?

Are there any specific features it needs to have or abilities she requires it to do?

Just answering my own questions with the laptop involved, it seems suitable to office work with focus on travelling, this would be the weight/size and battery time, which seem pretty good.

Screen size maybe a bit small, which can reduce a lot of the text size, readability. Theres a possibility that poor WiFi could bring the battery time down, but that is a damper on all WiFi devices.

I assume the price is good, so it looks to be a very compact on the go laptop. So does it suit her?

Cheers,

KK

1403921 2015-06-30 07:48:00 She is doing research at a university there. The laptop is for that.
She currently has a HP laptop some 5 to 6 years old and rather geriactic.
Traveling yes.
used for writing reports and crunching numbers, ie math formulas.
Font size not important, reports and documents are published in hard copy.
wifi excellent in university and research center.
Still searching on price.

Cheers.
