1403275 2015-06-20 06:40:00 Hi Wainuitech, sorry about that, its Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 jayal (1291)
1403276 2015-06-20 06:46:00 Have a read of this Safe-listed mail still ends up in Junk E-mail folder (www.msoutlook.info). The infobar will give you a clue as to where the problem may lie. Jen (38)
1403277 2015-06-20 07:44:00 thanks for your input Jen - Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, has SP3 - in acc settings new mail is delivered to the inbox - there's no info bar, - looked real hard at all options but still mail goes to junk jayal (1291)
1403278 2015-06-20 09:53:00 Try a few of the suggestions on the following page: outlook-2007-all-mail-goes-to-junk (social.msdn.microsoft.com)

1st thing to try - Scroll down the page, theres picture, check the setting it suggests if they are there.
Also by any chance you have Avast AV installed ? Thats known for causing problems with email.

If all that fails, you can try disabling the junk email filters. These require a registry edit. If you want to go down this path, have a read of this: www.slipstick.com READ IT ALL first. there are reg files that will automatically do the task as well as how to reverse it.

What that article doesn't say is if you download the reg files, they have to be saved as "all Files" not txt files, you'll find they have .reg.txt and need to have the txt removed. If you need help to do that please ask and instructions can be posted :)

1403279 2015-06-20 10:52:00 I might have fluked it, at least I got my email to the inbox

under tools

Rules and Alerts

E-mail rules

under e-mail rules, you will see that rule. Simply tick it and then remove it

fingers crossed

thanks Wainuitech, I'll keep your post in mind in case of failure, many thanks anyway
