itools.en.uptodown.com is an iphone that he is wanting to transfer stuff from. I just checked tyhe link and that implies it will work with an iphone... doesn't it?

Each time Apple update iTunes they try and break iTools, so sometimes you have a to go a version or two back on iTunes, but it's not generally an issue. I use this program all the time, it's a real life saver. wratterus (105)

Does Itools require itunes on the PC, can I use just Itools to extract data direct from the ithing ?

Is this the same company ? seems like a different version
