| 462064 | 2006-06-10 22:44:00 | I have a HP computer and 2 weeks ago started using Zone Alarm. I keep getting the message 'motive system wants to access the computer'. Is this something to do with HP? So far I've just denied it access till I find out what it is, Any ideas? | Clod (7853) | ||

Take the option of Help & Support away from HP..you can always click on it later if you need help anyway. It is just a bandwidth vampire..it likes to constantly phone home and report on conditions that it really does NOT need to know. I recommend actually taking away it's start-up privilege by using the toggle in Spybot S&D in the tools area...you can always turn it back on if you think it's a big mistake. That way, you won't be deleting it, just shutting it up until you can decide. |
