462864 2006-06-13 22:15:00 Hi, there:
On one of my computers (a rather old one) I have two hard disks, 40 (divided onto three logical drives) and 3 GB. I have Windows 98 SE installed on the disk C. The computer worked fine but, due to exhausted litium battery, it began to show wrong date and time. Simultaneously, during boot up I received a message "System Board Device Resource Conflict." When I replaced the battery with a new one, after correction of date and time it showed them fine but the error message did not go away. If I press ESC key, the computer boots up OK and works fine.
I appreciate any help to resolve the matter.
Thank you in advance and all the best,
Michael Perel
