| 463992 | 2006-06-18 00:50:00 | Hi there team, I have an update that will not install itself as it should 'Security update for word viewer kb917346' My auto update keeps telling me to download it but when I download it goes well but it will not install its self and tells me it has failed everytime. I have hunted around Microsoft but can not find an answer. I am using 'windows live onecare' programme would that have anything to do with the problem My operating system is windows xp Any ideas? kind regards. |

I didn't really expect anyone to sign up for Microsoft's so-called OneCare when it couldn't manage the operating system itself! :annoyed: Anyway, back to the query.
