465888 2006-06-25 00:45:00 Hello learned ones,
My old IBM 600 laptop has been playing up badly and I think (hope) it’s due to my C drive only having 18% free space now.

I’ve recently networked the laptop with my main computer using a crossover cable etc. That all works fine but because my laptop needed to be internet ready, I had to download what seemed to be a very large amount of Win98 patches etc to make it safe. I think this was what took up a lot of the available space.

Am I somehow able to find and move those patches and place them in my D drive in a safe manner? My D drive is only my partitioned C drive.

Any help would be appreciated,
Strummer

98 will go looking for them and not finding them MAY BSOD on you.

It looks like I'll have to try and move other stuff around instead.

Cheers
