466964 2006-06-28 22:37:00 But don't viruses sneak in open ports? JJJJJ (528)
466965 2006-06-28 22:46:00 wroms can connect via open ports and there is a few that connect via those. thats what a firewall is for. tweak'e (69)

There are always some ports left open. One that I can think of is the POP3 client for emails.

466968 2006-06-30 01:33:00 Ports 137 and 138 should probably be closed. You don't appear be using NETBIOS, anyway, and it's insecure. ;) Graham L (2)
