1404885 2015-07-15 01:22:00 Lightbox complains that there are 5 PC computers are registered to view their videos. In settings / Devices the list only shows "PC Computers" and there are 5 of them. What a joke! I don't even have 5 PCs at home.

How do I know what are my PC computers? It seems I can only delete 1 device in 30 days.

Any suggestions? Thanks.

1404886 2015-07-15 01:41:00 If you contact their support, they're generally pretty good at cleaning the list out for you. It seems to be an issue with the way they're tracking devices not handling browser updates and other behaviours that could lead it to mis-identify. It's a bit silly, but they seem slow at improving this function. inphinity (7274)

1404888 2015-07-15 02:32:00 Yes I had that also and they cleared it for me. What I've done since is after using a new device for the first time I go into the settings and give it a name I can recognise while there is only one "PC computer" on the list. Some devices already have a different name like my PS3 for example. My list now has PS3, Tablet, NUC, and Games PC on it.

For a while I was running the technical preview of windows 10 and using that PC for lightbox, every update seemed to make it re-register as a new device and each browser also. With Internet explorer and FF both set up for lightbox to test on one PC I hit the 5 device limit in a couple of weeks. I think it's a stupid limitation, Netflix by comparison don't care how many devices you use and just limit the number of simultaneous streams instead.

1404889 2015-07-15 03:28:00 dugimodo, you emailed them or phoned them? There isn't any contact phone number in their website, or it is hidden deep, somewhere. bk T (215)
1404890 2015-07-15 04:07:00 I emailed, found the address on the website somewhere. Took about a day. dugimodo (138)

They are quite efficient - just received an email that they have cleared my previous devices. :)
