Occasionally on Youtube, theres a button that allows you to watch later. Does this mean it downloads the clip on to your PC for offline viewing? |

No, but there are extensions that let you do that. The watch later function basically is the same as bookmarking a webpage - it saves a link to it, which you can retrieve by clicking on the watch later tab in Youtube. |

Depends which browser you use. Firefox is best, just google your browser and 'youtube downloader extension'. |
