| 1403938 | 2015-06-30 07:13:00 | Fresh clean install of Win8.1 everything seems to be working just fine as it should. :) Clicked Lightbox to try out the video movies, but only to find that FFox 38.05 (latest version) can't activate Silverlight. IE plays Lightbox movies without any issues. How to tweak FFox to work with Lightbox? Silverlight has been installed properly, or else, IE won't be able to play the movies, right? |

| 1403939 | 2015-06-30 07:38:00 | Works fine for me on FF 38.05, not that that's especially helpful. Did you install Silverlight before or after FF ? Try removing silverlight and reinstalling or Be aware though every time you use a different browser or new install of windows for lightbox you run the risk of adding another device to the 5 max you are allowed. when I was trying windows 10 it used up all 5 devices by itself. You get an error about can't activate another device if you hit the limit. |

| 1403940 | 2015-06-30 09:04:00 | I installed Silverlight after FF. It works with IE now and I am a little reluctant to uninstall silverlight as I afraid doing so may make IE un-usable (with Lightbox). |
