| 467919 | 2006-07-02 09:45:00 | Have you perhaps changed any settings in your browser? Like java? I had problems some time ago until I realised it was because of this change of settings. On another matter, anyone had problems logging onto the Xtra webmail page? Sometimes when I use my 'magic wand' in Opera to complete the login, it kicks me out straight away. May need to repeat 3 times before I can get in. They had problems with the site on the day they altered it a few days ago but they seemed to fix it later that day. |

| 467920 | 2006-07-03 01:47:00 | just found a way around the problem. If ur at xtra's homepage xtra.co.nz and click on Xtra broadband usage straight from their homepage it doesn't load. So i want to xtra.co.nz/jetstream and clicked on MY account, then my broadband usage and it WORKS! |
