| 468674 | 2006-07-04 21:39:00 | After the disaster trying to install Suse and dual boot with XP on one comp I'm looking for an adaptor/switch where I can use 1 DVI LCD monitor with 2 comps (so I can load Linux on my old comp). I don't know if they even exist, but have seen one on DSE site for VGA monitor. Any suggestions? |

| 468679 | 2006-07-05 07:06:00 | Yes Jen, my old comp has a graphics card with DVI out... when I say old I mean about 2 years old for most of it ;) Um I think it's: Old Shuttle m/board AMD 1660+ 512 ram Geforce 5200 very old fujitsu 40gig HD Seems to go alright now I've put it back together :) I thought it could be a good way around the dual boot problem and I could play around with some sort of Linux without doing too much damage! |
