| 470357 | 2006-07-12 11:25:00 | Every time i try to open my computer or my documents or C drive or even control pannel the start bar and all icons on the desktop etc closes only to return to normal in ten seconds or so (The folder i tried to open does not appear). I can still open applications such as windows media player and minesweeper etc through the start menu. Does anyone have any idea what is wrong or how i could go about fixing this problem? :) |

| 470358 | 2006-07-12 12:35:00 | That happens to my computer sometimes, especially when I launch too many applications in one go. :D By the way, can you please clarify your post? Do you mean that your explorer.exe restarts whenever you "open" your computer? Or do you just mean that the explorer.exe closes or "crashes" after 10 seconds, leaving you (highly improbable) nothing but start bar and icons etc.? What OS (Operating System) are you on?
