But here's a case: One saves (offline) the browser pages of ones Router for use when disconnections occur. This is where pages are saved as files. I should say here that when I do this, I forget to go offline first - never thought that it mattered. Here, when I load, say "PPP.html" (as I had saved it) into my browser, I get an annoying message that the browser's (name) cannot find such a file on such a path to the tune that no such file ever existed! :waughh: Can anyone help here, as I do want to keep my router's settings avialable on record for future use? | 470876 | 2006-07-14 23:46:00 | True, they'll either get cached if you're online, so next time u go back to the same site, it wont take as long for the site to load. Thats until u clear the cache. Or yup u can save all the files relating to whatever site and load the same page/site while youre offline. BUT it wont update until ur online and go back to the site. Dont know what a router has to do with it. |
