I am running XP home sp1 & sp2 installed I have tried reloading service pack 2 as suggested by microsoft and a work round also suggested by microsoft but the other suggestions I did not understand and I have now forgotten the details. I do not wish to put the computer back to when new. can anybody help ? microsoft seem to be aware of the problem |
