472220 2006-07-20 02:25:00 I am currently running two pcs' via a local network. One is running ME with Office XP Pro this contains Outlook with all my e-mail history which I want to transfer to the newer pc which is running XP with Office XP Pro. I wish to transfer all the data on Outlook, ie contacts, message history, diary entries etc to this othr PC.

Most of the other data I need to transfer has either been transferred via the LAN, or has been re entered.

Looking at help in outlook doesn't offer me any help in language I can understand. I need to be able to identify the files I need to move so that I can then transfer them to a common folder which is shared by both pcs' and then know how to add them in.

I should add that the reason for the need to transfer the data is because the older pc is being moved on.

Any help, in words I can understand, would be appreciatted.

Regards
