| 472041 | 2006-07-19 09:41:00 | Scouse, I have this running on my old computer on Win2K, it is very good, Irfanview can do this as well, there are plenty of others as well but they are on my other computer and it is not running at the moment so I can't give the names to you. You can also make an action in Photoshop to do it. Jameskan, There are many ways to skin a cat. In other words, there are many approaches and solutions to problems and part of the joy of puzzles and problems is generating innovative ways to solve them, just like the one you have found. |

You can also make an action in Photoshop to do it. Are you referring to creating one thumbnail or creating a montage of several thumbnails together? I didn't think Irfanview was capable of the latter. |

| 472047 | 2006-07-19 12:46:00 | Anyway, I have decided to stick to my own way, given that I need to provide a link to a blown-up image of the thumbnails. Link: jamesfiles.dannz.net.nz The above URL displays only the prototype that I am working on. I have yet to receive approval from my superior, so I don't want to waste my time developing something which might be useless at the end. Cheers :) |

| 472048 | 2006-07-19 13:10:00 | English again, James... "My superior" doesn't seem correct in a school context. It sounds overly-humble. Do you mean tutor or superviser or mentor or webmaster or more expert classmate or ???? |
