| 472445 | 2006-07-29 01:56:00 | More information: I tried to open a .wmv attachment and I get audio but no video. When this happened before I was told to change the (I thought) resolution in the display properties. and that seemed to solve the problem. I tried that solution and I must be wrong because that did not solve the problem. I have in the past downloaded codecs and that did not change anything with regard to this problem. Any help out there? Elise M |

| 472446 | 2006-07-29 05:59:00 | Try right-clicking WMP screen when you play the .wmv file and see if you have misconfigured any visual settings. Have you tried looking at the "Performance" tab under WMP's Options? Have you tried playing the .wmv files using another player? Cheers :) |
