Sorry I can't help with your problem - just some advice.
Posts written all in capitals mean in computer etiquette that you are shouting at us.
You're more likely to get a response if you turn your Capslock off.

473828 2006-07-27 05:33:00 This should be in the Press F1 section, maybe that's why there hasn't been any help.

First of all, the information you have given is for the chipset. You need to find out the actual motherboard manufacturer, and it would be a very good idea to get hold of a manual also, as there may be jumpers that need to altered.

The flash utility, and the BIOS binary files should be on the manufacturers website. Do not use any other BIOS flash file than that from the motherboard site.

It is important to get the correct binary file. When you boot your computer, get ready on the keyboard pause button, and halt the boot process at the stage when you have the option to go into the BIOS by pressing 'Delete' or similar.

The BIOS details should be written at the bottom of the page, something like;
07/11/2002-8363-686B-6A6LMA19C-A9

(That, incidently, is a BIOS number for an Abit KT7A motherboard, but yours should have a similar form).

You will need to have a DOS floppy boot disk and copy the flash executable and the .bin file to it.

You may need to edit the autoexec.bat file too.

This site quotes (in English) a recovery procedure:

forum.softpedia.com

and from there you can also download a recovery information .pdf file.

If the BIOS bootblock error happened on its own when not trying to flash or anything, then it is always possible that the BIOS chip itself has become faulty, not just a BIOS coding corruption. If that is the case, re-flashing may not work.

473829 2006-07-27 05:59:00 that message dosn't sound like an error. i suspect the ram is faulty/incompatible and the pc won't boot because of it.

change back to the old ram and reset the bios (jumber on the motherboard)
