| 474525 | 2006-07-29 05:57:00 | Last few days everything I print from Word, Notepad and photo programs prints in RED only. I see that in MS Word, the default colour is changed to RED everytime is loads and when I change it to black, it still comes out RED. The printer test page gives the correct colour combinations. Is this a virus of some sorts? - Thanks if you can help. :groan: |

| 474527 | 2006-07-30 04:37:00 | Was just wondering if you refill your ink cartridges by any chance. I've done this myself with an old printer with multi colours on the one ink cartridge. If you happen to mix up the colours, (put wrong refill into wrong hole), it still looks ok in the test but incorrect when printing pics and txt. Chuck the cartridges away and buy some new ones...or if it's a cheap printer it's probably just as cheap to buy a new printer... Andy |
