| 474429 | 2006-07-28 21:28:00 | Well a notebook, or laptop. I dont know which one. The battery is dead (or nearly dead), I think, because it keeps on resetting the BIOS settings. And keeps on coming up with CMOS battery is BAD, CMOS checksum error, and real time clock error on startup. Are the CMOS batteries in laptops/notebooks the same size as desktop ones? And where exactly is the battery on laptops/notebooks?? I take it, I would have to unscrew the bottom to see where it is? |

| 474430 | 2006-07-28 23:20:00 | Doesnt matter, I found it. Just took a while to find it! I had to go under the keyboard from the front, and the battery, is a CR1220. |
