| 475012 | 2006-07-31 09:48:00 | Hey ppl, i got braodband from xtra 3.5mbps plan, 5gb download. First month i was averageing 400KB/s (national), 300KB/s (international), every single damn day......... (i check it every single damn day) now in the second month i am averaging 150KB/s (national) and 50-80KB/s (international) They are crealry cheating me!!!! My downstream rate was 4288 and upstream rate 160, talked to the technician, and my downstream rate means that i will get full speed!!! |

| 475014 | 2006-07-31 10:02:00 | The real downloading and uploading speeds depend on a number of factors, the speeds shown in adsl modem's configuration page arent necessarily your real speeds but the possible maximum. I am on 3.5 / 128 too, and sometimes (especially these several days) I dont even get speeds as fast as yours. |
